An example is the <a href=\"http:\/\/blogjam.name\/sid\/?page_id=1399\">velarised<\/a> allophone <span style=\"color: navy;\"><strong>[\u026b]<\/strong><\/span> of the <span style=\"color: navy;\"><strong>\/l\/<\/strong><\/span> phoneme in many accents of English. This appears in all environments except immediately before a vowel or <span style=\"color: navy;\"><strong>j<\/strong><\/span>.
